Well, I don’t know about you guys but I am LOVING White Cat Week! These photos are awesome and it’s super fun learning more about all of you!
If this is the first time you’ve been here this week, I declared this GLOBAL WHITE CAT WEEK for a few reasons. First of all, the Pug Man and all of his noir buddies got their Black Cat Week a while back. Second, this is my blog and I’m white. Enough said. Third, I wanted to do something special to honor a little white cat I told you about, Okey, who is the muse for Okey’s Promise, a project by my friend BZTAT, to raise awareness about the link between pet and child abuse. It’s going to be a beautiful piece of public artwork when it’s completed and I can’t wait to share it with you.
Now….on to why we’re all here! The wonderful whiteness that lives among us!

Hey, another Romeo! This handsome devil from LA is an ALL white, very glamorous Turkish Angora mix. Romeo has continued to support his alma mater rescue in Phoenix www.azrescue.org by entering their National Pet Idol contest three times and campaigning hard to take the title in 2008, 1st runner up in 2007 and 2nd runner up in 2009.
Romeo lives with two more all white cats Merlin and Serafina. All three are rescue kitties now living the good life in Los Angeles!
I love this photo! Derrick, a rescued flame point, obviously has a sweet tooth. I'm guessing he's as sweet as that ice cream he's enjoying!
Here's my pal, Scrubby Ruettimann. He and I have a lot in common. He's a social media cat (www.misterscrubby.com) but he's also a PEE cat. Just like me. We're soul brothers in our litter box challenges.
This silly guy with Tinker Toys on his head is Chairman Meow. He LOVES to pose for the camera. His staff sent a few great shots and I had a hard time choosing which photo to use!

Meet Drusilla. She's named after the vampire on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is very busy being a pretty princess.

Here is Snowflake, being a good big brother to Callie. Snowflake, who is 17, has three other female little sisfurs. So his staff calls him the Big CATHOONA!

At Ishtar’s Legacy we currantly have mostly black & some tabby cats…(ALL OF WHOM NEED GOOD, LOVING FOREVER HOMES!!!)… but 2 white ones of whom I’ll send a pictue.

We LOVE Jasper and Finny. Once for Halloween, Jasper dressed up as Skeezix the Cat. So you can tell he’s vary smart and creative!
