Good morning furry and non-furry friends! Today’s wake up tactic was a sheer genius move, if I must say so myself.
Stood on chair and bat-bat-bat-batted at the fun dangly thing that hangs off the blinds. Then, ooooops! Knocked off the lampshade. It made this glorious noise and kapow! Staff was up and at ‘em and BREAKFAST was served a mere five minutes later.
Damn, I’m good.

That is a great tactic – it is almost like you were just playing and it happened, but really we know it was all planned!
Lucky you. The help here has resorted to attaching hooks high on the walls to prevent my access to the blind strings. Have you tried messing with the door bumps? They make a great “Boinoioioing,” noise and are guaranteed to wake up the help. …Although I noticed the male staff member going around changing some of them the other day. Drat!
