I've seen articles about Zoo's selling things like reindeer poop jewelry to raise money and other similarly odd ideas like that. Odd things that get media attention. I know there are people that save groomed dog hair and make scarves out of it... what if a shelter collected groomed hair and make scarves, hats, mittens, muffs or whatever as a unique item to get media attention and raise money for saving needy kitties? It's just so unusual that it might work! Any shelters out that who have volunteers who knit? Whaddaya think? Romeo,
