Definitely removing some major floof!

Definitely removing some major floof!

Okay, so…..if you are looking for a last minute gift for cat or dog staff, look no further! The FURminator has a new deLuxe Collection available and it ROCKS. So get on over to Petco or PetSmart or your local pet specialty store and grab one. Your giftee (and their supervisors) will appreciate it mucho beaucoup.
Staff says don't wear black when using the tool. Hee hee! Now SHE needs to be FURminated!

We’ve always been a fan here in our household but we received a sample of the new deLuxe tool and its added features are terrific. Take, for example, the new FURejector button, which allows the staff to push a button and clean the big bunches of fur they’ve just brushed off. This is a great feature for many reasons but especially if the one being groomed is trying to get away. The staff can hold onto the potential escapee and eject the fur at the same time. Pugsley and I don’t try to get away when we’re being FURminated, though. In fact, Pugs who HATES being groomed, purrs and lays down when he’s getting his treatment. That’s quite a testament.

See? Usually Pugs is running for the hills at grooming time.

There’s a new ergonomic handle which the staff says is very nice and easy to grip.

Like the original FURminator tools, the deLuxe Collection comes in several sizes and for cats and dogs.

Two paws up. Nice work, FURminator peeps!

Romeo v. Pugsley (remember all the floof on the staff too!) I think I win.

We love the Furminator, we both have two. Madi specially likes the double bladed Furminator.

Thanks for sharing your experience!

Romeo,

This may sound strange, but Niles reminds me of something that might help shelter kitties. I’ve seen articles about Zoo’s selling things like reindeer poop jewelry to raise money and other similarly odd ideas like that. Odd things that get media attention. I know there are people that save groomed dog hair and make scarves out of it… what if a shelter collected groomed hair and make scarves, hats, mittens, muffs or whatever as a unique item to get media attention and raise money for saving needy kitties? It’s just so unusual that it might work! Any shelters out that who have volunteers who knit? Whaddaya think?

What a treat!! A NEW Furminator. My staff has the original and while I am NOT a fan, I will sit and let them think I am. I prefer the standard slicker brush. My sisters and brother all like the Fuminator too.

Niles is the best FURminator Kitten ever!
