“Hi Romeo,
Thanks for all the great wake up tips! I’m a recently reformed barn kitten, and I’m so thankful for a warm, comfy home, playmates, a litter box and lots of kibble. Without you, I never would have thought to use my feline wiles to coax a little more num-nums from the staff!
This one is my favorite. Snuggle up into the crook of the staff’s neck. (I’m only three months old, so I fit really well.) Purr loudly. Wait until staff turns her cheek to feel soft fur. Then, chase your tail as fast as you can! The trick is to stay inside the crook of the neck for maximum effect. When staff gives you a look of “What on Earth,” stop at nose level, tilt head to the side, and look adorable. Purr loudly. When staff puts head back down, chase tail again. Works every time.
Keep up the great work, Romeo.
Scarlet
P.S. In the spirit of giving back, my brother, sister and our woofer housemate try to keep the staff
warm at night. In addition to a photo of me, my staff included a group shot — a triple kitty blanket with a side-warmer of lab (look for the yellow sliver.) Scout is at the top, I’m in the middle, and Bear is on the bottom. Chief is the bed hog on the left.”Scarlet, way to use all of your assets in tandem! Pugs and I also love the group effort to keep the staff warm! Wonderful!

What a cute wake up call, Scarlett.
Wow Scarlet is a beautiful girl!
Awww Miss Sparkle you are so cute!
