lol two of ours seem to use this tactic. If it doesn’t work after about 5 minutes, they start tapping us in the face!

Tiffany does this to me all the time. It’s as if she is willing me to get up, it is a bit unnerving. She’s trying it out on me as I type. She is not fond of the laptop! And thinks I should get up and give her more treats.
I have never figured out why this one works but it always does – it is popular with Kirzon at our house and it drives me crazy!
Our Mom spent the night at our big brother and his wife’s home this weekend. They own a cat named Maddie. Well, it sounds like Maddie owns them! Mom was warned about wake up tactics. Nothing happened. Maddie was a great hostess and let Mom sleep.
